Telecom

PBX (Telecom) stands for Private Brach Exchange, which is a private telephone network used within an organization. With a PBX phone system, users can communicate internally (within their company) and externally (with the outside world), using different communication technologies like Voice over IP (VoIP) or Analog with free calling facilities between them.

It enables features like call transfers, extension dialing, voicemails, call recording, interactive voice menus (IVRs) and call queues.

At Instyle Solutions, we have a team of certified technicians who evaluate an organization’s communication requirement, help them understand such technology and its application, and provide functional designs, implementation and support services for their complex communication needs.

EPABX

EPABX is analog based phone calling system which manages calls between on premises telephones which are physically connected to a central unit (PBX) via copper wiring.

Incoming calls are routed through a central unit and out to the telephones, and calls can be transferred between internal telephones via this system.

With traditional EPABX, users are typically constrained to a certain maximum number of outside telephone lines (Trunks) and to a certain minimum number of internal telephone devices or extensions.

IP PBX

IPPBX is a VoIP based phone system housed within an organizations office. VoIP Telephones connect to a central unit (PBX) over organizations Local Area Network (LAN), often leveraging the same internet connectivity of the organizations network infrastructure.

Since it leverages the internet, IPPBX is capable of high definition internal and external audio calling and many other sophisticated features such as call queuing, flexible business hour rules, voicemail, digital receptionists, ring groups etc.

With IPPBX, users can get almost unlimited growth in terms of internal extensions and outside telephone lines (Trunks).
