How does it work?
- Biometric access control analyzes specific biological data, e.g. fingerprints, retina scan etc.
- A database is created containing all the biological data of people that are allowed access.
- Individuals are scanned when they use the access control system.
- If their biological data is on record, they are granted access and their attendance is recorded.
- If there is no match of their biological data, they are denied access.
- Attendance records are directly linked to the organizations accounting software to ensure ease of operations.
