PROJECT INTEGRATION & IMPLEMENTATION
Once the set of desired solutions has been identified from the planning phase, we install and configure solutions to best fit the users I.T. environment.
Our project managers understand the project scope, schedule, resource requirements, risks etc. and ensure time bound and quality project completion.
Our project implementation team ensures that conditions in the project site are suitable by coordinating with various stakeholders and contractors and ensure the I.T. systems are installed professionally, configured properly and integrated in a user friendly way.
TECHNOLOGY & APPLICATION TRAINING
The most important part of project implementation is technology and application training of integrated solutions to the users. It is very critical that the user understands the IT infrastructure and knows how to use the same for best outcomes.
Our project managers comprehensively train users and/or their nominated administrators.
Once the system installation is complete, our project implementation team provides the user with project closeout documents. This includes full system design documentation, list of equipment, user manuals, warranty certificates etc.
PROJECT SUPPORT & AMC
Understanding the need for greater uptime of the users I.T. systems, we provide prompt and reliable after sales support through a team of certified engineers. All service calls are immediately dealt with.
We realize that the best way to ensure the users I.T. systems are running optimally is to check them often, thereby providing both remote and hands-on support for the same.
To ensure long term maintenance and upkeep of I.T. systems, we offer Annual Maintenance Contract. With this, we take a fixed monthly charge and ensure that the users systems are working optimally.
